Enter the spritz.


This season, we’re leaning into the bright, expressive character of our Viognier—lush stone fruit, delicate florals, and just enough weight to hold its own against fresh ingredients. It’s the perfect foundation for a spritzer that feels effortless but elevated.


Think ripe peaches at their peak, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and a hint of herbal lift. Finished with a splash of bubbles, it’s the kind of drink that turns an ordinary afternoon into something worth lingering over.




The Spring Viognier Spritz


What you’ll need:

  • SMV Viognier

  • Fresh peach slices

  • Fresh lemon juice

  • Thyme simple syrup (or a light herbal sweetener)

  • Sparkling water or soda

  • Ice



How to make it: Build over ice in a wine glass. Start with the Viognier, add a splash of lemon juice and a touch of thyme syrup, then top with sparkling water. Gently stir and finish with peach slices and a sprig of thyme.
